RETURNS POLICY
Effective April 10, 2025, all sales are final. Returns/exchanges are not accepted on orders.
Sizing charts are attached to relevant items so please pay close attention to the sizing measurements, if there are any questions please email info@spindrift-tactical.com
If upon arrival there are any defects or incorrect products have been sent then please email us with the order number, photos of the issue and any relevant details for customer services and correction of the issue.

We will endeavour to answer any questions and custom enquiries within 5 working days. Please get in touch through this website or via our Instagram page.
SHIPPING
We offer both Domestic and International Shipping. Shipping timelines are estimations only, so we ask for your patience if your package is delayed due to increased workload and Strikes with our current shipping provider. We aim to send Orders out the next working day, although it may take 3-5 days to process orders. The shipping timeline begins from the Order being sent, not when it is placed.
*Pre-order items will take around 3 weeks to be delivered. If you purchase a pre order item with an in stock item, they will be delivered together when the pre-order is ready.

Klarna is also available for the option of buying now, paying later, with 3 interest-free instalments paid every 30 days.
