THE IFAK

The Spindrift NIR Multicam Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) pouch is engineered to maintain the smallest possible footprint while maximising internal capacity. Designed for low-profile shooter’s belt setups, it provides secure carriage of essential medical equipment without unnecessary bulk.
 
Four MOLLE attachment straps enable seamless integration with Spindrift’s TQ Dangler+ and allow sufficient retention space for the Commando Sheath to be mounted behind the pouch. The streamlined design ensures compatibility without compromising accessibility.
Access is achieved via one of two primary Velcro openings on the outer sleeve. Once opened, the inner pouch can be deployed rapidly using the integrated pull straps. The insert is ambidextrous and can be extracted upward or downward with one hand—allowing the fastest possible access under pressure.
 
The rear panel of the inner pouch is sized to accommodate a personal A6 MISTAT card (or similar documentation), secured beneath elastic retention. Five central vertical bungee retainers provide storage for a field dressing and tourniquet, or an equivalent configuration of medical essentials. Diagonal wing slots are designed to secure smaller items such as haemostatic agents (e.g., Celox), needle decompression kits, and medical gloves. Internal Velcro interfaces prevent the outer cover from shifting during deployment, ensuring smooth, controlled extraction.
